Brewery Wharf Tavern is a new riverside pub for the city centre, from the team behind Whitelock’s Ale House, Meanwood Tavern & White Cloth Hall.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and the individual.
Hours: 45hrs p/w – including evening and weekends

Experience / skills needed:

  • Minimum 2 years running a high volume hospitality venue
  • Must have a Personal License
  • Delivering a safe working environment with experience managing all H&S, FS, RA and security procedure.
  • Create a welcoming and efficient customer focussed environment
  • Strong live venue and customer management
  • Be a charismatic leader who sets high standards and motivates others to do the same
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Commercial awareness – finance / profitability, cost control, stock and margin management
  • Proficiency in IT systems including EPoS management, MS Office, Google Suite or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internal and external)
  • Passionate about the independent F&B industry with strong awareness of current and developing trends
