Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and the individual.
Hours: 45hrs p/w – including evening and weekends
Experience / skills needed:
- Strong experience in hospitality venue management is necessary
- Maintaining a safe working environment with experience managing all H&S, FS, RA and security procedures
- Deliver a welcoming and efficient customer focussed environment
- Strong live venue and customer management
- Setting high standards and motivating others to do the same
- Able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
- Commercial awareness – cost control, stock and margin management
- Good IT skills with systems including EPoS management, MS Office, Google Suite or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internal and external)
- Passionate about the independent F&B industry with strong awareness of current and developing trends
